Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Mid South Dumpster (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit lawrenceburg.dumpsterflow.com, call or text any phone number shown on or dialed from this website, or ask us for a quote. It covers information we collect online and offline through this website and those phone numbers. Those numbers include (931) 321-8644 and (931) 477-9991.
Who We Are
Mid South Dumpster is an independent local company that provides dumpster rental services in Tennessee. When you rent a dumpster, your rental agreement is with us, and your rental is governed by that agreement.
A marketing service provider based in Brazil manages this website and our advertising on our behalf. In this policy we call it “our marketing provider.” It is not a party to your rental and does not deliver or pick up dumpsters. It works on our behalf. You can ask us for its name and contact details at [email protected], and requests you send there also cover the copies it keeps.
Notice about targeted advertising. This website uses advertising tools from Google and Meta that can use information about your visit to show you our ads on other websites and apps. This is called targeted advertising. Some state laws treat it as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal data. You can turn it off with the Reject button in our cookie notice or with a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. If you visit from California, Florida, Illinois, or Pennsylvania, it stays off until you click Accept. Your options are explained in Your Privacy Rights.
Information We Collect
We collect these categories of personal information:
- Contact details, such as your name, phone number, email address, and the address where you want the dumpster.
- Project details, such as dumpster size, type of material, delivery and pickup dates, and notes you give us.
- Calls and text messages, including your phone number and what you tell us on a call or in a text.
- Records about your request, such as the price we quoted, whether you booked a rental, and, if you did not, the likely reason based on the conversation.
- Payment information, such as the card details you give when you pay for a rental, and records of your invoices and payments.
- Device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, general location based on your IP address, the pages you visit, the ad and keyword that brought you here, buttons you tap (for example, to call or text us), and cookie and advertising identifiers.
- Form technical data. When you submit a form on this website, it also records your IP address, your browser details (user agent), and the page you came from, and stores them with your request.
- Comments. If you post a comment on this website, the website stores your name, email address, IP address, and browser details.
We collect this information from you, automatically from your browser or device, from our phone system and the service providers listed below, from our own business records, and from Mid South Dumpster staff who record the details of your order. We do not collect precise location from your device, and we do not use your voice to identify you.
How We Use Information
- To answer your calls, texts, and quote requests, give you prices, send invoices and payment links, and schedule delivery and pickup.
- To alert Mid South Dumpster staff about your request, including automatic alerts when a new request comes in.
- To text you about your quote and rental (see Text Messages).
- To keep records of quotes, bookings, payments, and conversations.
- To check the quality of our service and train our staff.
- To measure and improve this website and our advertising, including which ads lead to calls, texts, quote requests, and rentals.
- To build advertising audiences from visits to this website, which can be used to show our ads to people who visited it.
- To prepare reports for Mid South Dumpster about the results of our advertising.
- To protect this website from spam, bots, fraud, and abuse.
- To comply with the law, respond to legal requests, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
How our marketing provider uses information
Our marketing provider uses personal information to run this website and our ads for us and to prepare reports for us about the results of our ads. It does not answer, record, or read our calls and texts.
How We Share Information
We share personal information with these categories of recipients:
- Our marketing provider, as described above.
- Invoicing, payment, and dispatch services that Mid South Dumpster uses to send your invoice, take your payment, and schedule delivery and pickup. They receive your name, contact details, service address, and order details, and they may send you automated emails or texts, such as a payment link or a message that the driver is on the way.
- Automation and customer relationship (CRM) tools, such as Zapier, Inc., which may receive quote requests sent through this website and pass them to a text messaging platform and to a customer relationship (CRM) service connected to our marketing provider’s automation account, so our staff is alerted about new requests.
- Google LLC, through the Google tools on this website described in Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Tools, and through the cloud email, spreadsheet, and document services our marketing provider uses to receive requests and prepare reports.
- Meta Platforms, Inc., through the Meta Pixel described below.
- Cloudflare, Inc., which protects and delivers this website. All visits to this website pass through Cloudflare.
- Our web hosting provider, which stores this website, form requests, and related email on servers in the United States, and backup services that store copies of this website.
- Email providers that deliver and store email notifications about your request.
- Content delivery and font providers, which receive your IP address when your browser loads files from them.
- Authorities and advisors, when the law requires it, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of you, us, or others, including in connection with a legal claim.
- A buyer or successor, if Mid South Dumpster is sold, merged, or transfers its business.
Some of these companies may also keep and use the information they receive under their own terms and privacy policies. This includes Google and Meta, which may use information collected by their cookies and pixels on this website to improve their products and to deliver ads. We do not share your personal information with other companies for their own direct marketing.
Sale of personal information
No one pays us for your personal information, and we do not sell sensitive personal data. As explained in the Notice about targeted advertising above, some state laws may treat our use of advertising cookies and pixels as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal data.
Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Tools
This website uses cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tools, some placed by other companies. They collect information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you visit, and the buttons you tap. We use these tools for security, to understand how the website is used, and for advertising.
- Google Tag Manager loads the other Google and Meta tools on this website.
- Google Analytics measures how visitors use this website, such as pages viewed, clicks, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you arrived. It uses cookies and runs in an account managed by our marketing provider. Our marketing provider uses one Google Analytics account for this website and other dumpster rental websites it manages, so it can see visits to this website together with visits to those other websites. Learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Google Ads measures which ads lead to visits, taps to call or text, and quote requests. It stores ad click identifiers in cookies. Google may also add your browser to advertising audiences based on your visit, which we can use to show you our ads on other websites and apps (remarketing). Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to show our ads based on your past visits to this website or other websites.
- Contact details from forms. When you submit a form, the Google tag may detect the email address, phone number, and address you enter and send Google a hashed (scrambled) version. Google uses it to match your request to an ad click and measure the results of our ads. The Google tag sends these details only when advertising is allowed in your browser (see “Cookie notice” below). Our quote form also explains this in a short notice next to its submit button.
- Calls from Google ads. If you call us by tapping a phone number in one of our Google ads, Google may route the call through a Google forwarding number and share with us call details such as your area code and the start time and length of the call.
- Meta Pixel. This website loads the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). When it loads, Meta can receive your IP address, browser details, the page you visit, information about buttons you click, Meta cookies, and when you tap to call or text us. We use it to measure our ads and show them to people on Facebook and Instagram. If you type your contact details into a form on this website, Meta’s automatic advanced matching may send Meta a hashed (scrambled) version of details such as your email, phone number, name, city, state, and ZIP code to match your visit to a Meta account. The Meta Pixel loads only when advertising is allowed in your browser (see “Cookie notice” below). You can manage Meta ads at facebook.com/adpreferences.
- Security tools. Cloudflare and Google reCAPTCHA protect this website from spam, bots, fraud, and abuse. They collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser data, and how you interact with the page, and they set security cookies. Cloudflare may show you a security check before you can open the website.
Tracking over time and across websites. Google and Meta may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites and apps when you use this website. Through the shared Google Analytics account described above, our marketing provider can also recognize the same browser across this website and the other websites that share that account.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. This website does not respond to Do Not Track signals from browsers. When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and sharing for that browser, in every state. Our advertising tools then work as if you had clicked Reject in our cookie notice, even if you clicked Accept, as described below. Google Analytics follows the choice you make in the notice.
Cookie notice. This website shows a cookie notice with Accept and Reject buttons and a link to this policy. It controls Google Analytics and our advertising tools, including the Meta Pixel. Our advertising tools include sending Google and Meta a hashed (scrambled) version of the contact details you type into a form on this website, so your choice in the notice also applies to them. Here is how it works:
- If you visit from California, Florida, Illinois, or Pennsylvania, based on the approximate location of your IP address, these tools start turned off, and they turn on only if you click Accept. They also start turned off if you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, or if we cannot tell where you are visiting from.
- If you visit from anywhere else, they start turned on, and they turn off if you click Reject.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our advertising tools stay off in every state, even if you click Accept.
- While these tools are off, Google’s tags do not set or read cookies for them, do not send Google the contact details you type into a form, and do not use your visit for ad personalization or remarketing. The Meta Pixel does not load or send data while advertising is off. Google’s tags may still send Google limited information that does not use cookies, such as your IP address, your browser type, and the fact that a page was viewed or a form was sent, which Google may use to measure ads.
- Your choice is saved for up to 180 days in a cookie on this website called vi_consent. Some browsers keep it for a shorter time. To change it, use the Cookie choices link on this page, or delete this website’s cookies in your browser, and the notice will appear again.
Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can manage personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com, and opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.networkadvertising.org and optout.aboutads.info. These choices apply to the browser or device where you make them.
Calls, Call Recording, and AI
Calls and texts to the phone numbers on this website go directly to Mid South Dumpster. Our marketing provider does not record, transcribe, or listen to these calls.
Payment cards. Please do not send payment card numbers by text, email, or web form. If you pay by phone, Mid South Dumpster staff takes your card details to process the payment. Our marketing provider does not take or process payments.
Voice. We do not use your voice to identify you.
Text Messages
Texts to and from the phone numbers on this website go through our own phone system. Our marketing provider does not send, receive, or read them. If you get texts from us, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. To stop texts, reply STOP or tell us on a call. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. The invoicing and dispatch systems Mid South Dumpster uses may also send you automated texts about your order.
Mobile information. We do not sell your mobile number or your text message opt-in data, and we do not give them to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. If you check the text message box on our quote form, your choice is stored with your request by the website hosting, automation, and customer record services described in How We Share Information. When you submit a form on this website, the phone number, email address, and other details you type may be sent in hashed (scrambled) form to Google and Meta to measure and deliver our ads when advertising is allowed in your browser, as explained in Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Tools.
How Long We Keep Information
We do not yet have fixed deletion schedules for most records. Today:
- Form requests, and the technical data stored with them, are kept in the website database, in website backups, and in email until they are deleted.
- Comments are kept on this website until they are deleted.
- Our marketing provider keeps copies of reports until they are deleted.
- Google Analytics keeps detailed, visit-level data for 14 months. Summary reports that do not identify you may be kept longer.
- Google, Meta, Cloudflare, and other companies keep the information they receive according to their own policies.
This means most records are kept until someone deletes them, which can be longer than we need them. While we keep them, we use them only for the purposes described in this policy, such as serving you, keeping business, tax, and legal records, measuring our advertising, and handling disputes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your Privacy Rights).
If Mid South Dumpster stops working with our marketing provider, our marketing provider may keep copies of the records described in this policy until they are deleted, and it may give Mid South Dumpster copies of your requests.
How We Protect Information
We take steps to protect information, such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website, security and bot protection from Cloudflare, and password-protected accounts for our phone system, website, and advertising tools. Copies of some records are also kept on our marketing provider’s computers in Brazil. No website, phone system, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Where Your Information Is Stored
This website, our phone system, and most of our service providers store information in the United States. Our marketing provider is located in Brazil. Its staff access your information from Brazil, and it keeps copies of some records there, such as reports and backups, on its computers and cloud accounts. The privacy laws of Brazil may differ from the laws of your state.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are for adults. This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it as described in Your Privacy Rights.
Your Privacy Rights
Wherever you live in the United States, you can ask us to:
- Confirm whether we have personal information about you, and give you access to it, including a copy in a format you can use.
- Correct information about you that is inaccurate.
- Delete personal information about you.
- Reconsider our decision, if we deny your request (an appeal).
You can also opt out of targeted advertising and of any “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, as explained below.
How to make a request. Call us at (931) 321-8644 or email [email protected]. To protect you, we will ask for details that confirm the request is yours, such as your phone number and service address. We do not ask you to verify your identity to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing, or to stop texts. You can use an authorized agent, and we may ask the agent for proof that you gave permission. We will not charge you or treat you differently for making a request. We will respond as soon as we can, and within the time required by the law that applies to you.
Deletion. When we delete your information, we may keep what the law requires us to keep, such as booking and tax records, and a record of your request. Some copies, such as backups, service provider logs, and records kept by our phone provider, may remain for some time, and we do not yet have fixed schedules for deleting them. We cannot delete information that Google, Meta, and similar companies hold under their own policies, but you can use their privacy tools.
Opting out of targeted advertising, sale, and sharing. Our advertising tools work through cookies in your browser. You can opt out by clicking Reject in the cookie notice on this website, or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser. Either choice applies to the browser where you make it. To change your choice later, use the Cookie choices link on this page. If you visit from California, Florida, Illinois, or Pennsylvania, our advertising tools stay off until you click Accept. Our marketing provider does not upload lists of your contact information to advertising platforms. The tools on this website send hashed contact details you type into a form to Google and Meta only when advertising is allowed in your browser, as explained in Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Tools.
Appeals. If we deny your request, you can appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” If we deny your appeal, you can contact the attorney general of your state.
